USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us does not sell or give any information to third parties. Any information gathered is used solely for the purpose of customer service. Upon request USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us may send notification of a special offer.
Return Policy:
If you receive an item different than what was described, or is clearly not in a new condition, please contact us via e-mail and we will exchange it. We only exchange the item for the same one, if it becomes necessary, but no exchanges for a different item.
All Returns mus be authorized by management. Call 1-714-955-9109 for an authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. We have the right to refuse any package for return or replacemant. All claims must be made within 7 days of reciept of package.
If package is replaced and it is received again damaged, we will have to do a formal investigation via the shipper which usually takes about 5 to 10 business days.
Warranty Policy:
USACATALOG.us will administer and promptly process all warranties in accordance with the manufacturer,s specific warranty policies and procedures.
The forgoing constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the excess liability of USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us and in lieu of any and all other warranties express, implied or statutory as to the merchantability, fitness for purpose sold, description, quality, productiveness, or any other result. In no event shall USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us be liable for special damages, or for delay in performance of this warranty.
