USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us does not sell or give any information to third parties. Any information gathered is used solely for the purpose of customer service. Upon request USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us may send notification of special offer.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. The item must be returned within ten days of receiving your complete order. If you wish to exchange your item simply include exchange instructions in with your return. Any difference in price will be charged to the account of the original purchase. If upon inspection, the items received are not the items that you ordered or defective or damaged you should contact usawarehouse.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for instructions.
All returns regardless of origin, should be sent to the address in the return instructions unless instructed otherwise by usawarehouse.us or usacatalog.us.
Many of our orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. These manufacturers are not set up to take returns. unless instructed by otherwise, all returns should be sent to the address in the return instructions.
Packages shipped from the manufacturer may have the manufacturers address on the package or the packing slips. Do not return items to the manufacturer address. The returned items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of the item by the customer, (20 days starting when you receive all of the items ordered). The item must be unused and in the original factory packaging intact. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or your return name, address and phone number. Credit can only be give to the account the items were purchased with.
Warranty Policy:
USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us will administer and promptly process all warranties in accordance with the manufacturer,s specific warranty policies and procedures.
The forgoing constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the excess liability of USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us and in lieu of any and all other warranties express, implied or statutory as to the merchantability, fitness for purpose sold, description, quality, productiveness, or any other result. In no event shall USAWAREHOUSE.us or USACATALOG.us be liable for special damages, or for delay in performance of this warranty.
